This product is a solvent based 3-part gloss coating suitable for use on ceramics and metals. Used to provide a clear polymer layer which sublimation inks can bond to allow effective image transfer. Description Subli Glaze™ Clear Sublimation Coating facilitates the image transfer allowing sublimation inks to bond onto the polymer substrate; without Subli Glaze™ Clear Coating the image will not transfer. |

How to use and Apply Subli Glaze™ Clear Coating Spray using a conventional compressed air spray gun at up to 40PSI and then force cure in an oven or under a heat press at 200°C for 15 to 20 minutes, depending upon the properties of the substrate. Typical drying times at room temperature are:
Important Once mixed lacquer should be used within 3 hours. Clean using conventional gun wash or PU thinners. |

Subli Glaze™ UV Protection
 |
This product is a solvent based coating for use on products that are exposed to sunlight. Used to protect transferred images against fading due to prolonged exposure to Ultra Violet light. Description Subli Glaze™ UV Protection Coating can be applied at the end of the sublimation process (after the image has been transferred), to add a layer of protection against ultra violet radiation. Exposure to ultra violet light (i.e. Sunlight) can over time cause image fade; Subli Glaze UV Protection Coating protects against the effects of UV image fade. |

Subli Glaze™ White Base Coating

This product is a solvent based 2-part white base coating suitable for use on metals, glass, ceramic, and certain plastics. Used to provide a solid white background on which to transfer an image as well as maximise the effect of the transfer of the image. Description Subli Glaze™ White Base Coating is used when working with dark coloured substrates or substrates that do not allow any light to pass through them. Subli Glaze™ White Base Coating is applied before the Subli Glaze™ Clear Sublimation Coating to give the substrate a white background on which to transfer the image. The coating is applied wet on wet which means you do not need to dry the white base coating before applying Subli Glaze™ clear coating. |

Mixing Instructions Download - Subli Glaze White Base Coating

Subli Glaze™ Translucent Coating
 |
This product is a solvent based 4-part translucent coating suitable for use on glass and acrylics. Used to provide a translucent white background which the image is transferred through and allow light to pass through the coating to illuminate the image. Description Subli Glaze™ Translucent Coating is used when working with clear substrates such as glass or acrylics, where the image needs to be transferred to the back of the substrate, allowing light to pass through it. Subli Glaze™ Translucent Coating is applied after Subli Glaze™ Clear Coating is applied. The image transfers through the white coating so when viewed from the correct side the image has a white background. The coating is applied wet on wet which means you do not need to dry the white base coating before applying Subli Glaze™ clear coating. |
